Meisterkurs mit Konzerten - Improvisation

LAURENS PATZLAFF -

Als "Meister der Improvisationskunst“ wurde Laurens Patzlaff vom Deutschlandfunk nach dem Erscheinen seines Debütalbums „Reflections on Debussy“ im Jahr 2012 bezeichnet. Über sein zweites Soloalbum „The Sorcerer’s Apprentice“ (Der Zauberlehrling) schrieb Piano News 2015: „Patzlaff erweist sich hier selbst als ‚Zauberer‘ und ‚Meister‘, der im Unterschied zum ‚Lehrling‘ alle Tricks und Kniffe beherrscht“.

GEORG THOMA -

Georg Thoma ist Pianist, Musiktheoretiker, Klavierimprovisator und Klavierpädagoge. Er arbeitet als hauptamtlicher Dozent für Musiktheorie an der Hochschule für Musik und Theater München und darüber hinaus als akademischer Mitarbeiter für Musiktheorie und Gehörbildung an der Hochschule für Musik Freiburg.

JAVIER LIÉBANA -

Born in Spain, he participates with enthusiasm in numerous projects related to creativity and improvisation in the field of classical, early and contemporary music. His activity as a pianist and fortepianist focuses on improvisation in historical styles, being one of the young improvisers in the world to offer exclusively improvisation concerts in baroque, classical, romantic, impressionist and other styles of the 20th century. His activities include, among others, the completion of unfinished works by Mozart and Beethoven, the performance of improvised ornaments and decoration, varied reprises and improvisation of cadenzas.
