US election night

Join us at the University of Passau for a dynamic event on U.S. Election Night, November 5, 2024. Experience the excitement of the election results in a vibrant and informative setting. Despite the time difference, we will create a unique atmosphere with live broadcasts from the U.S. and engaging expert discussions that offer deep insights into the election and its global impact.

Program:
8:00 PM - 10:00 PM: Expert panel discussion with speakers including Prof. Jeffrey S. Kopstein (University of California, Davis), Dr. Joseph Klaver (University of Passau), Prof. Dr. Karsten Fitz (University of Passau), and Prof. Dr. Lars Rensmann (University of Passau).

10:00 PM - Midnight: Live connections with U.S. experts, news broadcasts, games, and a food truck.
Midnight onwards: First live election results.
